Hootsuite will win for me and others I think - since Tweetdeck is not web-based. Why not mention the tool itself rather than the function? Well, trying to be general - so that it could be implemented by anyone. Ridiculous I know - but my day job is visual modeling and system diagramming - so that's why! Thanks!!
